Profile

Thomas Gabler first worked for the law firm Hengeler Mueller with a focus on corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. He then joined a listed investment company, at first its legal department, later its investment team and its management. In 2002 he founded the law firm Gabler Rechtsanwälte. He has years of experience in corporate law and in civil and corporate disputes and transactions. He knows the business side from his experience as a member of various supervisory boards. Thomas Gabler is regularly appointed as arbitrator.
